This device is "Powered by the revolutionary Yahoo! Widget Engine". You get a widget type of interface to the internet. You can look at news , weather, and YouTube, netflix, etc. It is not a full blown internet interface. You type using the remote control. It works, but again is not a full blown interface.

I have purchased a Samsung Wireless Lan Adapter (WIS09ABGN) to be able to connect to Netflix of my Samsung BD-P2500 Blu-ray Disc Player. Unfortunately, regardless of security or other settings my NETGEAR Router WNDR3700 is unable to add the Adapter as "Add WPS Client" although I tried to add it with the correct PIN number. I have tried to contact NETGEAR, Samsung etc. No luck. Finally at Samsung live chat a support tech informed me, that BD-P2500 Blu-ray is NOT compatible with WIS09ABGN. It would have been nice of Samsung to list that the Lan Adapter is not compatible with BD-P2500 instead of stating on the package, that compatible with "All models". Here goes $80!

I just plugged it into the back of my blu ray player and followed the instructions on the screen and was ready to go. I am NOT technically saavy, either, but I did already have a wireless router. Got on Netflix & Pandora immediately.

I am using this device with a Samsung model UN40C6500 LED TV. Setup was a breeze and it was up-and-running within a minute or so. My wireless is only 'G' and the transfer speeds are the same as my other 'G' devices. I have done a number of TV on / TV off steps and the wireless continues to work well and I do not have to re-enter the security code. It just plain works.
My only issue with it is purely cosmetic. The actual device sticks out beyond the side of the TV a quarter of an inch or so and the included 90 degree connector makes the device protrude perpendicular to the back of the TV, so you would not be able to hang it on the wall.
